A lot has happened in MountainBrook

This past month we have some new Board Members and Steering Committee Chairs, and some new folks on steering committees from the volunteer fair as well. Thank you, all, for your service to our community.

New AC/Heating Systems

Hooray for new AC/Heating systems for the Billiards room and both bathhouses.

Murphy’s Law dropped in during that process with a leaking pipe in the Billiards

ceiling. That took a few days to investigate but the source was identified and repaired.

All is back up and running. The best part of this project was the total overhaul of the A/C systems for all three buildings; they now operate separately and controls are preset for consistency.

The Activities Center Project

The Activities Center project is moving along with the design group starting their

first layouts by the time you read this. That will be exciting when we have things to

show everyone for their input.
