Some links open a document (such as a PDF) or take you to another website. When you're finished, close that window or tab (X) to return to the MountainBrook Village website.Tip: If you're ever unsure where you are, look at the top of your browser. If you see a new tab has opened, closing it usually takes you back to the page you started from.
Can't find something?

Try the Search box at the top of each web page or search a page you opened (i.e. Documents and Forms) using:
-
⌘+F (Mac)
-
Ctrl+F (Windows)
-
or your browser's Find in Page feature on mobile devices.
These shortcut keys are often the fastest way to locate exactly what you need on a long page.
Viewing a Document
When the PDF opens in the viewer, look for the Search (🔍) icon. Tap it and enter the word you're looking for. If Search doesn’t immediately appear tap anywhere in the document and a prompt will appear on the bottom of the screen. Use the magnifying glass to open up the search for this document. Enter part of a word, a word, or a phrase and the pdf viewer will search the document and highlight each occurrence.

Note: If Search doesn't find a word you know is there, don't worry. The document may be an older scanned copy that isn't searchable. In that case, you'll need to scroll through the pages manually.
To increase the size of the document for reading use the magnifying glass icon with the plus sign in it.
Printing or Downloading Documents
When you open the PDF you will see sub-menus like this:

This allows you to download the document to your device.
Tip: If you only need to read a document, simply view it. Download it only if you want to keep your own copy or print it or if you want a cleaner way to view it.
Using the increase button will enlarge the document by the % you choose for easier reading.
