Welcome to the new MountainBrook Village newsletter! I am excited to bring you

community news, upcoming events, important reminders, and information to help you

make the most of everything MountainBrook has to offer. We hope this new format

makes it easier to stay informed and connected with what’s happening.

The Activity Committee and I work together to create events and entertainment. We

have an exciting season planned that includes some MountainBrook traditions as well

as new events. Check out the flyers in the Village Vibe to see what’s coming up!

A Quick Reminder About Room Reservations

As we begin a new season of activities, this is a great time to remind all clubs, groups,

and residents about scheduling community facilities. All clubs and groups must renew

their bookings each season, even if you have used the same location and meeting time

in the past. Renewing your reservation ensures that your space is officially scheduled

and available when you need it.

Reservations are also required for individual or private use. Planning to use a

community area just once for a small gathering, meeting, or private function? Please

complete a request form. This helps us avoid scheduling conflicts, ensures that rooms

are available when expected, and allows our community spaces to be used fairly and

efficiently by everyone. Forms are available in the office.

Remember that facilities are intended for MountainBrook residents. While guests are

permitted, each gathering must involve at least 50% MountainBrook residents. Finally,

please help us keep our facilities welcoming for everyone: Return the room to its original configuration and leave the space clean and tidy. Centerpieces and other decorations are provided for residents to enjoy and should remain in the buildings.
